Please ensure that the product you are ordering is suitable for the purpose intended and that specification and dimensions are to your requirements. We require a telephone number when an order is placed. This enables us to contact you when delivering an order or dealing with any queries that you may have.
DamageLarge appliances: Upon receipt of goods they must be unpacked and visually inspect all units inside and out to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. Any damages must be notified to us whilst the Delivery team is still present on 03333449104. Goods notified as damaged after acceptance/signature will not be covered. Goods signed for unchecked will deemed to be goods to be delivered in good order.small items: Please sign for the item and inspect within 24 hrs to report any physical damage
Unwanted goods/Cancellations after DispatchItems dispatched and booked for delivery will be subject to charges incurred by us and our couriers if cancelled after 1500 hrs the day before delivery. Your refund will be less the charges incurred with the delivery company for returning your order to us. This could range from £15.00 to a small appliance, up to £95.00 for a large American Fridge Freezer or Range Cooker and are also subject to your postcode. Most laundry, cooking, dishwasher and fridge freezers will be charged at £42.50 Please call customer service and we can advise you of the applicable charges. Any additional charges for example disposal of an old appliance or installation will not be refunded - if booked out for delivery, resource and time will be planned for this service and will not be refunded by our delivery company. Unfortunately, If you have booked an item for disposal and it has not been disconnected and ready to go we will not be able to refund this fee as once again the resource and time has been planned.
After DeliveryIf you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us with 14 days in writing by letter or Email. Items must not have been used or installed in any way. Asurit Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resalable or received back in a damaged condition Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. We can advise you the cost of collecting an item for return if you contact firstname.lastname@example.org If you are returning the item yourselves we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage. You must include your customer order details with your package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued within 14 days. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met. Returns for non-faulty goods cannot be accepted once an item has been installed or used.
Faulty GoodsIf there is a fault with your product within the applicable product guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) with your order we will normally offer a prompt repair service via the manufacturer. This service can be either an Onsite warranty or a RTB (return to base) warranty. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Goods found not to be faulty will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the cost of the item at the time of sale or a redelivery fee that will be levied to the customer. We recommend that you call our engineering helpline on 03333 449 104 to discuss your problem prior to sending goods back to us. To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
- In otherwise 'as new' condition
- Complete with all accessories and free gifts ordered with it
- In with the original box and all packaging.
